Brian Yee

Brian Yee is a Senior Machine Intelligence Developer at CBC/Radio-Canada since June 2018, bringing extensive experience in machine learning and data science. Previously, Brian served as a Machine Learning Consultant at Pfizer from September 2016 to July 2020 and worked as a Data Scientist at Scotiabank from May 2017 to June 2018. Academic experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Student and Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo from 2014 to 2016 and programming and residency assistance at the University of Guelph between June 2011 and July 2013. Brian holds an M.Sc. in Computing Science, specializing in Big Data, from Simon Fraser University and an M.Sc. in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Waterloo, alongside a B.Sc. in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Guelph.
