Christina Justus

Christina Justus, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Learning and Development Manager at CBD Kratom since July 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing organizational learning strategies. Previously, Christina held the position of Artist II at Seint from July 2020 to July 2021, focusing on marketing trends and managing corporate social media. Between October 2016 and October 2019, Christina was a Multi-Unit Franchise Area Manager at Sport Clips Haircuts, ensuring profitability and leading people development strategies. From May 2011 to September 2016, Christina owned and operated Innovations Hair Studio, implementing innovative business processes and managing various operational functions. Christina holds an MBA in Leadership from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution, along with earlier studies at Southwestern Illinois College.
