Geoff Knight

Geoff Knight is an accomplished health and safety professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy across various sectors, particularly in mining and construction. Currently serving as the Head of Health & Safety - Projects at CBH Group since November 2018, Geoff is responsible for providing expert advice to the Project Delivery Group, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Previous roles include HSE Manager for Sandvik Mining Construction Australia and FLSmidth Australia, where Geoff managed health and safety for major projects, conducted risk assessments, and prepared contractor management processes. Additional experience includes serving as Director/HSE Consultant at Chaos WA, with a focus on HSE consulting services and audits, alongside significant positions at Fluor and SKM Joint Venture (FAST), Aker Solutions, and KBR, where Geoff led health and safety initiatives across numerous large-scale projects. Geoff's career foundation began at WMC Resources and National Mine Management, where initial roles spanned safety training and emergency response.
