Athenkosi Mtonjeni

Athenkosi Mtonjeni is an experienced Electronics Design Engineer currently employed at CBI-electric: low voltage since October 2022. Prior to this role, Athenkosi worked as a Candidate Engineer at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) from March 2021 to September 2022, and also served as a Defence and Security Intern at CSIR in late 2020. Athenkosi has held several tutoring positions at the University of Cape Town, assisting second and third-year Electrical Engineering students in courses related to Power Engineering and Energy Conversion. Athenkosi's technical experience includes software development roles at CSIR, focusing on product ownership and the development of systems for employee evaluations and performance analysis of photovoltaic plants. Athenkosi holds a BSc Eng in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
