Elizabeth Karl

Elizabeth Karl has over 30 years of experience in Employee Benefits and Strategic Account Management. Elizabeth is currently the Vice President, Employee Benefits at CBIZ, where they provide clients with guidance, strategic consultation, compliance and regulatory direction, and develops competitive benefit portfolios. Elizabeth conducts open enrollment and client meetings, works closely with underwriters to negotiate rates, provides training to employer groups, and offers daily assistance to HR leadership. Elizabeth also serves as a supervisor and mentor to a regional team of Account Managers. Prior to CBIZ, Elizabeth worked as a Principal at QBA Benefits LLC and held the position of Vice President, Employee Benefits at Dawson Companies. Elizabeth also worked as a Principal at Quality Benefits Agency, Inc. from 2002 to 2009.

Elizabeth Karl completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cleveland State University.
