Elizabeth Newman

Elizabeth Newman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Elizabeth is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), SVP at CBIZ since December 2022. Prior to this, they were the Chief of Staff at CBIZ from October 2019.

Before joining CBIZ, Elizabeth was the President & CEO of Circle Health Services and The Centers for Families and Children from November 2017 to September 2019. Elizabeth also held multiple positions at The Centers for Families and Children, including President and CEO from May 2015 to September 2019, Chief Operating Officer from July 2013 to May 2015, and Vice President of Program Strategy from March 2012 to July 2013.

Elizabeth has also worked at KPMG as a Senior Manager from February 2011 to March 2012, and at EquaTerra, Inc. as a Senior Manager from January 2006 to February 2011.

Elizabeth'searlier experience includes roles at the City of Cleveland, where they served as the CitiStat Director from 2004 to 2006, and as a Special Assistant to the Chief Health & Public Safety Officer from 2002 to 2004.

Elizabeth Newman obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Brown University. Elizabeth later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree at Cleveland State University. Additionally, they earned an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, with a focus on Business.
