Marion B. Schremp

Marion B. Schremp, RHU, REBC has extensive experience in the field of employee benefits. Marion B. began their career at Excellus BCBS, where they worked as a Claims Supervisor from 1974 to 1977. Marion B. then joined Crawford & Company as a Benefit Administrator and remained in this role until 1982. Next, Marion worked at Ameriplan HMO as a Manager of Member Services from 1982 to 1984. Marion B. then joined Lincoln Financial Group as a Regional Manager of Flexible Benefits from 1986 to 1988. Marion's next position was at Marsh, where they served as an Account Manager from 1988 to 1990. In 1992, they founded their own company, Multiple Benefit Services, Inc., and held the position of CEO until 2011. Marion's most recent role is at CBIZ, where they currently serve as the Business Unit President.

Marion B. Schremp, RHU, REBC completed their education in the field of employee benefits and health insurance. In 1995, they attended The American College of Financial Services, specializing in the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant program. Earlier, from 1989 to 1992, they studied at the National Association of Health Underwriters, obtaining the certification of Registered Health Underwriter, RHU.
