Oscar Diaz

Oscar Diaz has a diverse work experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Oscar recently served as the Vice President of Business Development at CBIZ, starting in October 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Head Visionary at Visionary Employee Benefits and Insurance Concepts from October to November 2018. From May 2017 to October 2018, Oscar worked as the Chief Operations Officer for the Employee Benefit Division at Crest Insurance Group. Oscar had a long tenure at CBIZ, where they held the role of Sr. Vice President from June 1998 to May 2017. In 1997, they worked as a Major Account Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, and from 1995 to 1996, they were a Client Services Manager at Sanus Health Plan.

Oscar Diaz attended the University of Arizona from 1982 to 1984 but did not obtain a degree or major in any specific field of study. In 1999, they obtained a certification in HIA designation from the Health Insurance Association of America.
