Purvin Vakil

Purvin Vakil, PMP, MBA, MS, is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Applications for Benefits and Insurance at CBIZ since July 2019, Purvin previously co-founded SimpleMAR, where Purvin developed a pioneering cloud-based eMAR solution for healthcare facilities. Purvin's consulting background includes ownership of Navakar Technology Services, where major clients included MRI Software and Akron General Medical Center. Earlier roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Computer Task Group involved successful collaborations on various custom software projects for notable organizations, while an earlier consulting position at Rovisys laid the groundwork for Purvin's technical expertise. Purvin's educational credentials include an MBA and an MS in Computer and Information Science from Cleveland State University, as well as a BS in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Gujarat University.
