Srinivas Karlapudi currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Product Director at cBizSoft, Inc., where responsibilities include transforming the flagship product from a Windows desktop client to a web-based solution, conducting SWOT analyses, engaging clients to understand market needs, and implementing agile methodologies for development. With previous roles as Senior Product Manager at Exelare and various positions at cBizSoft, including Product Manager and Product Support Manager, Srinivas possesses extensive experience in product management, customer engagement, and team transition strategies. Srinivas holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from PES College of Engineering.
