Kathy al Ju'Beh

Kathy Al Ju'beh is a seasoned professional in inclusive development and disability rights, currently serving as a Senior Advisor Inclusive Development - Capacity Development Lead at CBM Global Disability Inclusion since April 2020. With over two decades of experience, Kathy has held significant roles including Board Trustee at Medical Aid for Palestinians and Director of Programmes in Palestine, where strategic programme growth was achieved. Prior experience encompasses positions at Sightsavers International, Healthlink Worldwide, and Handicap International, focusing on policy development, programme management, and advocacy across the Middle East and Asia. Kathy's academic credentials include a current PhD candidacy in Education and Social Justice at the University of Birmingham, alongside a Masters in Education & Development and a PGCE from UCL, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies and Social Anthropology from Lancaster University.
