Alana Newman

Alana Newman has a diverse and extensive background in human resources. Alana is currently working at Cboe Global Markets as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the APAC region. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company. In their previous roles, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Aware Super, a Human Resources Manager at StatePlus, and First Data Corporation. Alana also gained valuable experience as a Senior Manager of People and Culture at Perpetual Limited. Alana began their career as an HR Assistant at UGL and later worked as an HR and Training Coordinator at Sodexo. Throughout their career, Alana has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and project management.

Alana Newman completed their Higher School Certificate at Kingscliff High School from 1994 to 1999. Alana then pursued a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management at Griffith University from 2000 to 2003.
