Jo Mettenburg

Jo Mettenburg is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Enforcement Counsel at Cboe Global Markets since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jo held the position of Chief Trial Attorney at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission from September 2005 to November 2020 and served as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from September 2000 to September 2005. Jo's expertise includes investigating civil and administrative actions related to violations of federal securities laws, insider trading, FCPA violations, and complex accounting fraud cases involving GAAP violations. Jo earned a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Kansas between 1996 and 1999.
