Mark Gorchoff

Mark is responsible for all client-side tax return preparation and internal management accounting. He has more than 35 years of experience as a senior financial executive with companies in the manufacturing, distribution, Internet, and service industries. In addition to his accounting responsibilities, Mark has managed the human resources, MIS, legal affairs, and strategic planning activities for several previous employers. Prior to joining CBR, Mark served as CFO of Inertia Dynamics Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed lawn, and garden products manufacturer, and was the CFO of Sandbox Entertainment, where he prepared the first registered Internet venture capital offering. Mark has also worked as an independent financial consultant, advising clients on capital structure, financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting and forecasting, as well litigation and business plans. Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration from Ohio State University. In 2007, he was named a finalist for the “Chief Financial Officer of the Year Award” by the Financial Executives Institute.
