Ville Mikkola

Ville Mikkola has extensive experience in the capital markets and investment properties sector. Ville began their career as a Junior Analyst/Analyst at Finadvice Oy in 2010, where they provided transaction advisory and analysis for property divestments. In 2014, they joined CBRE Finland as an Investment Analyst/Senior Investment Analyst, specializing in the sale, acquisition, leasing, and valuation of commercial and investment assets. Ville was promoted to Associate Director in 2016 and currently holds the role of Director: Capital Markets (Investment Properties) since July 2021. In their current position, Ville acts as a project leader in sales advisory assignments and oversees a team of 7 young talents. Their responsibilities include sourcing, pitching, valuation, analysis, preparing sales material, coordinating due diligence processes, and conducting investor marketing and sales negotiations.

Ville Mikkola attended the University of Vaasa from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance.
