Ghislain Grimm

Ghislain Grimm serves as the Head of Workplace Strategy & Change Management at CBRE France since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in workplace design and employee experience from workINprogress, where Grimm was an Associé from April 2017 to June 2023. Prior roles include directing Consulting, R&D, and Strategic Alliances at Colliers-International from June 2013 to April 2017, and serving as General Manager & Partner at FORM'A from 2009 to 2013. Prior to these positions, Grimm held responsibilities as Communications Director at Microsoft France from 1997 to 2009 and as Marketing Manager at IBM from 1994 to 1997. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees from IAE FRANCE and a CESA in Marketing Management from HEC Paris.
