Jeff Richards

Jeff Richards is an accomplished real estate professional with over 16 years of experience at CBRE, currently serving as Executive Vice President after joining the firm as a Senior Vice President in 2007. Specializing in industrial and flex lease negotiations, user building and land sales, as well as landlord and tenant representation, Jeff has developed a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of commercial real estate. Prior experience includes owning Kash Kings from 2005 to 2009 and working as an Agent at Coldwell Banker Commercial from 2002 to 2006. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, earned from 1997 to 2000.
