Nick Barwig

Nick Barwig is an Executive Managing Director and Head of Southern California Valuation & Advisory Services at CBRE, responsible for overseeing multiple offices across Greater Los Angeles, Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego since 2017. Prior to CBRE, Barwig served as Director of Development at Majestic Realty Co., where development efforts exceeded $750 million for various projects, and worked in Transaction Advisory at EY, assisting major global organizations and private equity firms with complex deals. Barwig began their career as an Associate at a CRE Advisory Firm, underwriting over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Academically, Barwig graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Real Estate from The University of Georgia and holds a Finance degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
