Michael Basha

Michael Basha is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and construction across multiple prominent companies. Currently serving as the Senior Construction Manager at Innovo Group since January 2022, Michael plays a key role in significant projects such as the VillaNova Phase 5 & 6, comprising 488 townhouses, and the Ava The Palm Project, a 23-floor development. Prior experience includes senior construction management roles at Cebarco, overseeing projects like the Marassi Galleria Mall, and Hill International, managing multiple projects at Dubai Creek Harbor. Michael's background also features roles at KOA Dubai for the KOA Canvas project, EPG Hotels & Resorts for the Emerald Palace Hotel, Kele Contracting LLC for the D1 Tower, and various engineering roles in previous firms, showcasing a career dedicated to high-profile construction initiatives.
