Vikram Kohli

Vikram Kohli has responsibility for CBRE’s Business Insights, Digital & Technology, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Research and Strategy. In this capacity, he brings together resources and capabilities that unlock data, analytics and insights to drive evidence-based business decision making and superior competitive advantage.

Within Corporate Finance, along with FP&A and Business Partnership, Mr. Kohli oversees the Business Support Organization (BSO) and the Finance Innovation Office (FIO).

He is a member of the Global Executive Committee.

Earlier, Mr. Kohli served as Chief Operating Officer of CBRE in South East Asia. In this role, he had oversight of CBRE’s business in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Singapore. Prior to that, he was the Regional Managing Director, South East Asia.

From 2014, he was Executive Director, Sales Management, Asia Pacific for five years, where he was responsible for driving an efficient sales management process across all business lines and geographies in the APAC region. Earlier, he served as Senior Director, Global Transactions where he worked closely with CBRE’s Global Head of Advisory and Transaction Services (Brokerage) to develop and implement a strategic growth plan for this business line across all regions.

Mr. Kohli joined CBRE in 2001 in India as part of the Transactions team focusing on occupier advisory and office leasing. He is based in Singapore.
