Dominic Garcia

Dominic Garcia began their work experience in 2008 at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board as a Senior Funds Alpha Manager. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Chief Investment Officer at the New Mexico Public Employees Retirement Association. As of June 2021, Dominic is currently the Chief Pension Investment Strategist at CBRE Investment Management.

Dominic Garcia obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from The University of New Mexico, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Dominic then pursued a Master of Public Policy in Economics at the University of Chicago, completing the degree from 2001 to 2003.
