Himanshu Wani

Himanshu Wani has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Himanshu currently holds the position of Senior Associate - UK Real Assets Research at CBRE Investment Management since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CBRE as a Portfolio Strategist, where they performed due diligence and competitive analyses on real estate portfolio opportunities. Himanshu also developed various deliverables, conducted scenario analysis, and engaged in real estate portfolio optimization initiatives. Before joining CBRE, they served as an Associate Director - UK Capital Markets at JLL from June 2014 to November 2019. Himanshu started their career as a Senior Analyst at DTZ, where they produced quarterly forecasts for commercial real estate markets and generated industry reports. Their early experience includes working as an Economist at RICS, where they produced economic surveys and real estate analytics and formulated policy.

Himanshu Wani pursued a Master's degree (MSt) in Real Estate from the University of Cambridge between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, they completed a Masters of Science (MSc) in International Economics, Finance and Development at the University of Surrey. Their high school education was obtained from the International School of Choueifat - Abu Dhabi where they obtained a High School Diploma. Himanshu also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Toronto, although the start and end years for this degree are not provided.
