Roland Lucas

Roland Lucas CMA has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate investment management industry. Roland started their career at ING as a Small Business Account Manager from September 2001 to March 2005. Roland then joined ING Real Estate Investment Management (NL) B.V. as a Senior Property Administrator from April 2005 to November 2011. Afterwards, they joined CBRE Investment Management Europe B.V. where they held multiple roles. From December 2011 to March 2020, they served as a Corporate Financial Analyst, managing forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting for the EMEA HQ and region. From April 2020 onwards, they have been working as a Manager FP&A, leading a team of four members and responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting for various countries in the EMEA region. Roland'sresponsibilities also include working with management on the EMEA-MTP (5 year outlook).

Roland Lucas CMA has a diverse education history. Roland completed a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 2001. Roland then pursued further education in Management Accounting at Markus Verbeek Praehep, where they are currently working towards another Bachelor's degree, from 2020 to 2022.

In terms of additional certifications, Roland obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from IMA Europe in February 2022.

It is worth noting that Roland also attended several short courses and training programs to enhance their professional skills. In 2010, they attended de Baak for a management-focused program, while in 2008, they participated in a Leadership/Management course at Intermediair Trainingen. In addition, from 2002 to 2004, Roland underwent various training programs at NIBE-SVV Opleidingen.

Prior to their bachelor's degree, Roland completed their MBO+ education in International Trade at G.K.H. van Hogendorp from 1995 to 1997, and then graduated from Sint Stanislas College with a HAVO diploma from 1991 to 1995.
