Dustin Gervais has over 19 years of experience in the broadcasting and digital media industry, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Operations at CBS News since October 2004. In this role, Dustin expanded responsibilities during the pandemic to include supervising Digital Production and Maintenance teams, overseeing technical operations for a hybrid workforce, managing the creation of multimedia content, and facilitating training for CBS News Radio staff. Previous positions at CBS News include Digital Media Manager and New Media Manager, where Dustin oversaw podcast operations and digital content management. Earlier experience includes roles such as Desk Associate at CBS News, Desk Assistant at WCBS Newsradio 880, and Program Director at WRHU, Radio Hofstra University. Dustin holds a Bachelor's degree in Audio-Radio and Philosophy from Hofstra University.
