Jeremy Freedenberg

Jeremy Freedenberg is an experienced television news producer with a robust background in producing, writing, and editing for major broadcast networks. Currently serving as the 5am Producer at CBS-3 Philadelphia since June 2012, Jeremy leads a team in creating an hour-long newscast, focusing on compelling storytelling and script enhancement. Previously, Jeremy held positions as a 6pm Producer at WJZ-TV and an 11pm News Producer, where narrative simplification and local issue awareness were prioritized. Earlier roles include 5pm News Producer at WSYX-TV under Sinclair Broadcast Group, and a Producer at Fox Broadcasting Company, where daily news coverage in a large TV market was coordinated. Jeremy began the career as a Reporter for The Associated Press, showcasing a foundation in breaking news reporting. Jeremy earned a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Policy Studies from Syracuse University.
