Maricris Agregado-Ong has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and organizational development. Maricris is currently the Managing Director at Vanguard Transformation Partners, where they help facilitate meaningful change in the workplace. Prior to this, Maricris held the position of Vice President - People & Organization at CBTL Holdings Inc., where they aimed to build a portfolio of industry-leading companies. Maricris also worked at [24]7.ai, where they held multiple roles such as Director of the Organization Human Capital Development Group and Senior Manager of Total Rewards. Before that, Maricris worked at 24/7 Customer as a Total Rewards Manager and Senior Officer. Their career began at eTelecare Global Solutions, where they served as a Compensation and Benefits Officer.

Maricris Agregado-Ong obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from De La Salle University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001.
