Brian Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Brian began their career as an Account Manager at CTC Business Systems in 1993 and later moved to Infinet in 1996 as an Account Manager. From 1997 to 2001, Brian worked as an Account Manager at Williams Communications. In 2001, they joined Cincinnati Bell as Director of National Accounts and held this role until 2008.
In 2008, Brian joined CBTS as a Senior Manager in Implementation Services, where they successfully served until 2012. During this time, they also worked as a Product Manager for Voice at CBTS from 2012 to 2012.
Returning to Cincinnati Bell in 2012, Brian held various roles, including Director of ITIL Service Strategy and Design from 2012 to 2013, Director of Network Management Services from 2013 to 2015, and Director of Service Management from 2015 to 2017.
In 2018, Brian moved back to CBTS and assumed the role of Director of Service Delivery. Brian was later promoted to Senior Director of Service Delivery in 2023, where they currently excel. Throughout their career, Brian has proven to be a dedicated and experienced professional in the telecommunications and IT industry.
Brian Murphy attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1985 to 1988, where they studied General Studies. Brian also obtained additional certifications as a Certified Process Design Engineer from MAX Technical Training and as an ITIL v4 Managing Professional from AXELOS Global Best Practice, although the dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
