John Griffith, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. John currently works at CBTS as the Enterprise Service Delivery Manager for the State of Ohio Benefits Program. Prior to this, they held various roles at Avaya, including Client Program Director and Senior Program Manager, where they successfully led complex technology projects and received recognition for their leadership skills. Before joining Avaya, John worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President and Program Manager, where they implemented a centralized call center technology platform and managed a large budget. John also served as the PMO Director for Retail Technology Services, overseeing a portfolio of projects and leading the integration of call center agents. Additionally, they worked at Compuware as an IT Project Management Consultant and at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a Senior Program Manager. Overall, John has a proven track record of delivering successful projects, managing budgets, and providing leadership in the technology industry.

John Griffith, PMP, CSM, has a diverse education history. John attended the University of Michigan from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1986, they pursued the same field at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Later, in 2010 and 2011, they enrolled at Liberty University, focusing on Religion/Religious Studies.

In addition to their academic background, John Griffith has obtained industry certifications. John became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) in November 2022 through the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in April 2015, they attained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification conferred by the Project Management Institute.
