Justin Rice

Justin Rice has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Justin currently holds the position of Sr. Director / Head of Pre-Sales at CBTS, where they lead a team of pre-sales resources and works closely with the North-American sales organization to provide enterprise customer advisory services and drive revenue growth. Prior to this, they served as a Healthcare Account Executive - SD-WAN at VMware.

At CBTS, Justin held multiple roles from 2016 to 2019, including Director of SD-WAN & NaaS, Solution Lead - SD-WAN & NaaS, and Enterprise Solutions Architect. In these positions, they were responsible for building technology products and solutions, providing architecture guidance, and developing new products to drive company revenues.

Before joining CBTS, Justin worked at Powernet Co. as a Product Development Manager from 2014 to 2015, where they managed the product development process from concept to post-launch analysis. Justin also served as the Manager of Network Voice Engineering and Lead Voice Engineer, responsible for managing voice network infrastructure, maintaining platform and environment availability, and troubleshooting customer-related issues.

Justin's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Sergeant in Information Management & Support. Justin'sresponsibilities included the operation, installation, configuration, and maintenance of digital network and information systems, including servers, workstations, operating systems, applications, and networking equipment.

Overall, Justin Rice has a strong background in pre-sales, product development, network engineering, and information management, with a focus on driving revenue growth, providing technical guidance, and ensuring system availability.
