Mark Panzeca

Mark Panzeca, PMP has over 24 years of work experience in various roles related to IT automation, tools, and DevOps.

Mark started their career at Procter & Gamble in 1997 as a Systems Analyst and worked there until 2003.

In 2003, Mark joined Hewlett-Packard as a Systems Monitoring Engineer, where they were responsible for developing custom monitoring solutions and maintaining a high-availability enterprise-wide monitoring environment for the Procter & Gamble account. Mark later held the role of Account Delivery Lead - Tools and Automation and then became the Americas Systems Monitoring Leader.

Mark joined CBTS in 2016 as a Tools & Automation Engineer L3 and worked there until 2021. During their time at CBTS, they also served as the IT Automation Manager and is currently working as the Sr. Manager Dev Ops.

Mark Panzeca, PMP, holds an MBA in Business Administration from Xavier University - Williams College of Business, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Mark also has a BS in Computer Information Systems from Mount St. Joseph University, which they completed from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mark has acquired certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in February 2018, and ITIL Foundation from ACQUIROS, Inc. in August 2016.
