Ransom S. has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and companies. Starting in 2012, Ransom served as a Signal Officer in the United States Army Reserve, where they held positions such as Company Commander and Signal Officer - 1LT. During this time, they were responsible for tasks such as developing Gantt charts, coordinating with logistical and technical maintenance specialists, and supervising information management.

In 2015, Ransom served as an Executive Officer at the 56th Signal Company, where they managed communications assets worth over $35M and supervised logistics, personnel, and maintenance operations. Ransom also managed and reported on projects aimed at improving the safety and well-being of soldiers and contractors.

In 2016, Ransom joined OnX Enterprise Solutions as a Project Coordinator, where they worked until 2018. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring their successful execution.

In 2019, Ransom started working at CBTS as a Technical Analyst. Ransom'sresponsibilities included assisting with testing for a new telecom management platform, coordinating with internet service providers for various projects, and creating and maintaining procurement ordering process documentation.

Throughout their work experience, Ransom demonstrated strong organizational and technical skills, as well as the ability to coordinate and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.

Ransom S. pursued their education at Arizona State University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering. In addition to their degree, Ransom S. also obtained several certifications. In November 2012, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA, and in October 2012, they obtained the CompTIA Network+ certification, also from CompTIA. Finally, in September 2015, Ransom S. acquired the CCNA certification from Cisco.
