Steve Nicholson started their work experience in 1995 as a Technical Support Team Lead at Siemens IT Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. Later, from 1995 to 2000, they held the same position at Entex Information Services. In 2004, they became an Account Manager at IntraGlobe, and in 2005, they joined Optimized IT (formerly known as Full Service Networking) as a Technical Order Manager. At Optimized IT, they worked until 2022. Currently, they are a Maintenance Support Specialist - Infrastructure Maintenance Renewals at CBTS.
Steve Nicholson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Psychology from Kent State University from 1987 to 1994. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Veeam Sales Professional (VMSP) from Veeam in June 2013 and VMware Sales Professional (VSP) from VMware in October 2009.
