Kutlu Karayol

Kutlu Karayol is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in responsible investment and risk management. Currently serving as the Manager of Responsible Investment at Cbus Super Fund since February 2023, Karayol previously worked as an Advisor at BlueMount Capital and held key positions such as Director at The Abraaj Group and Assistant Vice President at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. Early career experiences include a Market Risk Analyst role at HSBC and a Summer Associate position at Cantor Fitzgerald. Karayol holds a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge, an MBA in Investments & Finance from The City University of New York, and has completed advanced study in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics at Marmara University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
