Jarret Luhr

Jarret Luhr is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry with a strong focus on well abandonments. Currently serving as Completions - Abandonment Lead at CBW Engineering, a Subterra Engineering Company since October 2020, Jarret leverages extensive abandonment experience to deliver cost-effective and safe well abandonment programs. Previously, Jarret worked at CNOOC International as a Drilling and Completions Superintendent from October 2012 to September 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the abandonment of 80 critical sour wells in Alberta and 80 horizontal shale gas wells in British Columbia. Jarret's career began as a Wellsite Supervisor at CBW Engineering from June 2010 to October 2012. Jarret holds a Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, obtained between 2003 and 2005.
