Phil Holman

Phil Holman has a comprehensive work experience spanning several positions in the construction and restoration industry. Phil is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at C&C Complete Services, where their responsibilities include developing and implementing the company's operational strategy. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Insurance and Remodeling Division at Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Suburban Virginia, where they led a team focused on delivering excellent customer service. Phil also has experience as a Project Manager at Old Town Builders Construction, overseeing the construction of custom homes.

Phil Holman attended Barclay College, where they studied Loss Prevention and Investigation. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as asbestos supervision, carpet repair and reinstallation, water restoration, and more.
