Stephen Graham

Stephen Graham is the President of Clear Blue Swimming Pool Service, Inc. and has been in this role since 2008. Additionally, Stephen serves as the Project Manager at C&C Complete Services since August 2018. With their extensive experience in overseeing construction and renovation projects, Stephen has effectively managed operations serving numerous communities and residential customers in Northern VA.
