Shengyu Wu

Shengyu Wu serves as a Sr. Geoscience Advisor and Head of Business for Americas and China at C&C Reservoirs, utilizing collective human intelligence to enhance decision-making in exploration and production within the oil and gas industry. Additionally, Shengyu Wu is the President of YCOS Inc., leading a team that specializes in advanced geoscience services, including high-fidelity seismic imaging and AI-based hydrocarbon prediction systems. Previous experience includes roles as VP of Geoscience and Director of Geosciences at C&C Reservoirs, and VP of Exploration at TOTAL E&P USA, among others. Shengyu Wu holds a Ph.D. in Sequence Stratigraphy and Salt Tectonics from Rice University, an Executive MBA from SMU Cox School of Business, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Qinghua University.
