Jeanette Lappe

Jeanette Lappe is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in managing HR operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at CCA Global Partners since May 2019, Jeanette oversees HR functions for over 900 employees across five locations, including a unionized facility. Prior roles include Sr. Human Resources Director at Maritz Motivation, where Jeanette managed HR for 1,400 employees at nine locations, and Human Resources Director at Hussmann and PepsiCo, leading HR efforts for substantial workforces in both unionized and non-unionized environments. Jeanette began the career as a Human Resources Generalist and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
