Tom Hodges is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in franchise and retail operations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Franchise Operations at CCA Global Partners since March 2006, Tom Hodges specializes in supporting franchisees with system implementations and process development for efficiency. Prior roles include Director of Franchise Operations and Director of Franchise Development at CCA Global Partners, as well as Vice President of Stores at Advance Carpet One, where Tom Hodges managed multiple retail flooring outlets. Additional experience includes District Manager positions at OfficeMax and Sears & Co., and Operations Manager at National Tire Warehouse.
