In her role as the agency’s lead content strategist and copywriter, Melissa is responsible for helping clients connect with their audiences across all mediums through the power of words, experiences, and content marketing. Since her start at CCA in 2014, Melissa has managed over a dozen client blogs, written award-winning print and digital pieces, collaborated with the media team on record-breaking campaigns and helped clients reimagine their campus visits. She has also presented at HubSpot’s INBOUND conference and AMA’s Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education.
