Carol Gonzalvo

Carol Gonzalvo has a diverse work experience in the operations and call service management field. Carol started their career in 2011 as an Operations Supervisor at Convergys and later became an Operations Manager. In 2017, they joined Eastern Account System, Inc. as a Manager of call services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at CCD, which they have been in since April 2020. Prior to that, they were a Senior Program Manager at CCD from January 2019 to April 2020.
