Carl J. Lukach

Carl J. Lukach is a seasoned finance and business executive with extensive experience in corporate development, finance, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Xypex Chemical Corporation, and an Advisory Board Member for both CVC Capital Partners and CCell Renewables, Carl also holds a Senior Fellow position at Mission Possible Partnership, focusing on industrial decarbonization. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and CFO of Univar Solutions, where Carl led a successful IPO and growth strategy, and Vice President of Investor Relations at E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company, where responsibilities included communicating business strategy to the investment community. An education in Finance from Lehigh University and a Master’s in Taxation from Widener University complements Carl's professional achievements.
