Claire Urness

Claire Urness, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Citizens Community Federal, beginning in February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Bill's Distributing from April 2019 to February 2023, and Human Resources Manager as well as Human Resources Generalist at KI from August 2015 to May 2019. Claire's expertise encompasses compliance with legal requirements, development and implementation of HR policies, employee relations, and benefits administration. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Donaldson Company, Inc., and internships with Ministry Health Care and U.S. Venture, Inc. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
