Mithum Singh

Mithum Singh has extensive work experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. Mithum currently serves as the Chief Services Officer at CCI South Africa since June 2021. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Merchants, where they were responsible for leading and managing transition projects for new clients, implementing optimization interventions, and providing essential support services to BPO operations. Mithum's experience also includes working at Absa Group as the Head of Workforce Management and Resource Planning. Overall, their expertise lies in service transition, strategic planning, performance tracking, and workforce management.

Mithum Singh completed an Advance Diploma in Business Management at the University of Johannesburg from 2009 to 2012.
