Carl M. Rhodes

Carl M. Rhodes serves as the Managing Director of CCI, Inc. since November 2022, where the organization convenes CEO and senior executive forums to foster insights and relationships among industry leaders. Previously, Carl held the position of Managing Director in People Advisory Services at EY from February 2019 to October 2022, focusing on strategic talent management solutions for Fortune 1000 clients. As COO at CorpU, a Udemy Company, Carl managed client services and technology teams to develop innovative products for change management and leadership development. Carl's leadership as CEO of the Human Capital Institute from 2010 to 2016 resulted in doubled revenue and successful capital raising. Carl co-founded Kairos Networks in 2008, where efforts centered on B2B executive network consulting. Carl's career also includes a role as Practice Manager at CEB, now Gartner, and an academic position as Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado College and a Doctor of Philosophy from Rice University.
