Ken Tam

Ken Tam is an experienced technical professional with a robust background in test automation and production management. Currently serving as the Technical Development Manager at CCIntegration, Inc. since July 2020, Ken leads a team focused on the development of production tests and the integration of automated test suites with various ERP and labeling systems. Prior to this role, Ken held positions as a Test Engineer at American Portwell Technology, Inc., where a fully automated testing suite was developed, and as an IDC Engineer at Alibaba Group, managing a large server environment while troubleshooting server and network issues. Ken's earlier experience includes supervising production operations at AMAX Information Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling, quality control, and the implementation of automation processes. Ken's career began at GENSTOR SYSTEMS, INC., as a Computer Technician, performing system assembly, software installation, and quality control. Ken's educational background includes studies at Ohlone College.
