Jerry Montes is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operational excellence and manufacturing management within the APAC region. Currently serving as the APAC Cylinder Manufacturing Plant Manager at CCL Secure since November 2014, Jerry drives strategic planning and operational efficiency for a facility with over 100 team members. Jerry's career highlights include key roles in process engineering and continuous improvement across multiple global plants, successfully implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to foster a culture of innovation and achieve substantial operational results. With a solid educational background, including a Master's Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Jerry combines technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to enhance production processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
