Director Of Analytics And Evaluation at CCNY

David Monroe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. David began their career in 2000 as a Program Advisor at Rochester AmeriCorps in Monroe Community College, where they served until 2008. In 2003, they became the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Micrecycle. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Board Member at Woodlands Housing Association, where they contributed to completing capital projects and transitioning to a stronger management company.

In 2008, David founded BufWiki: The People's Guide to Buffalo, NY, which aimed to provide newcomers with information about the city. David served as the Founder until 2010.

In the same year, they joined CCNY, Inc. as a Community & Technology Development Specialist. David later held positions including Director of Community and Technology Development and Director of Business Development and Support. In 2015, they transitioned to P.I.E. Analytics, where they served as Director of Business Development and later as Director of Analytics and Evaluation.

Overall, David Monroe has demonstrated expertise in business development, analytics, evaluation, community and technology development, and program advising throughout their career.

David Monroe completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in English Literature at SUNY Brockport from 1993 to 1996. David further pursued their education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they earned their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in English Literature from 1999 to 2000. Later, they returned to SUNY Brockport to obtain their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration: Social Enterprise, which they completed from 2002 to 2007. In addition, David also received several certifications, including R Programming and The Data Scientist's Toolbox, through Coursera Course Certificates in September and October of 2014.
