Julie Sturgess

Julie Sturgess has an extensive work experience spanning several years. Julie most recently held the role of Chief Executive Officer at CCQ - Country to Coast QLD. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN) and Northern Australia Primary Health Limited. Julie also worked as a Senior Director in Digital Governance at eHealth Queensland and as a Principal Health Specialist at Telstra Health. Julie has held various positions, including Director at JCS Lean and Business Development Specialist ANZ at GE Healthcare. Beginning their career in 1984, Julie worked at the Department of Health, Queensland as a Director for several years.

Julie Sturgess completed their education with a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership from the Australian Catholic University in 2005. Julie also holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the same university, completed in 1992. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, Julie obtained a Certificate of Nursing from Redcliffe Hospital in 1987.
