Matthew Schull

Matthew Schull has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Matthew currently works as the Director Integration at CCQ - Country to Coast QLD, where they are responsible for leading the Integration Team to improve health outcomes in the Central QLD, Wide Bay, and Sunshine Coast regions. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Director, Portfolio Management Office at Healthy North Coast, where they managed key business functions and relationships. Matthew also held roles as the Business Development Manager at Uniting Care Queensland, Service Planning Manager at Blue Care, and Regional Manager and Community Services Manager at Anglicare Southern Queensland. Matthew began their career in Queensland Health, where they held various positions in nursing, policy, workforce, and education.

Matthew Schull's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in 1995. In 2004 to 2005, they obtained a Master of Nursing degree with a focus on Leadership & Management from Griffith University. In 2013, they completed an Advanced Diploma of Management in Leadership from Insight International Consultancy. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Health Service Management from Kaplan Business School.
